ASM Golf, the Asian Seniors Tour and its Sponsors are pleased to announce that the Asian Senior Tour's Summer Season 2012 will comprise some 5 Asian Senior Masters tournaments collectively offering some US$ 135,000 in prize money.

The AST has certainly come a long way, now celebrating it's 10th year since its founding in 2002 followed by the successful staging of the inaugural ASM @ Singaore in 2003 at the Jurong Country Club. Where Korea’s Choi Yoon Soo emerged victorious against the European Seniors Tour’s Terry Gale then ranked Number 2 on the EST’s Order of Merit and other worthy contenders.

The ASM event format allows many of the region’s leading amateur golfers to compete in the Pro-Ams on their way to contesting the Amateur Finals, playing along side senior professional golfers competing in the ASM tournaments.

The "Senior Master's" theme aptly reflects what the ASM event platform has to offer where top caliber senior golfing professionals, each having played the game for over thirty years with hundreds of international victories among them, entertain and interact with VIP amateur golfers, prio to the ASM professional event.
