For only SGD$300.00 you can join the Asian Seniors Tour - AST golf handicap program and obtain an official AST - MGA handicap maintained at Palm Resort GCC. The SGD$300.00 covers 1 year's membership and includes the following benefits;

Your official AST golf handicap will be maintained by the ASM Golf via an arrangement with
Palm Resort Golf & Country Club the Malaysian Golf Assocaition under the auspice of the
United States Golf Association (USGA) which is affiliated with the
The Royal and Ancient Golf Club St. Andrews and is recognised by all affiliated golf clubs worldwide.
There are several ways to obtain your AST Handicap:
1. For the new and aspiring golfers amongst you, you will first be required to obtain your Proficiency Certificate (P.C.) contact Matthew Murray @ (65) 6262 4843 or email matthew@asianseniormasters.com as he can help to organise this through our Champions Golf Academy
2. If you are or have previously been a member of Esperance we will be able to effect a reevaluation and transfer of your handicap to the AST handicap program.
3. If you have previously held a handicap, but are not presently a member of a golf club and are unsure of your status, etc please email Matthew Murray at matthew@asianseniormasters.com
To qualify for a handicap test and or to transfer your existing - past handicap, all applicants must submit five (5) 18 hole score cards for rounds played at any golf course, or a combination of 9 and 18 hole scorecards to meet the 90 hole minimum requirement.
For maintenance of your handicap you should submit your score cards to ASM Golf by fax or mail.
Applicants for an AST - MGA handicap will be required to submit 2 passport sized photos to ASM Golf - both colour and or black and white photos are acceptable.
Applicants who require a handicap test to be conducted at Palm Resort GCC will be required to book their tests via ASM Golf by emailing matthew@asianseniormasters.com a RM 50 test fee will be charged.
Applicants may also participate in selected ASM Golf events, which with prior arrangement can double as your handicap test.
A transfer and administration fee of $50.00 will apply to transfer your AST handicap to another Golf Club in Asia or internationally.

Terms & Conditions
One year's membership at AST in association with Palm Resort GCC costs SGD$300.00 and a two year membership costs SGD$500.00
