Condition of Entry - all PROFESSIONAL participants with the exception of Vietnamese Nationals & resident of Vietnam - who have been accepted by the AST as qualifying for Country Exemption status must invest in the ASM @ Vietnam 2016 all inclusive play & stay package - which includes a US$ 150 tournament entry fee
ASM @ Vietnam 2016 - AST members - play & stay package - 3n / 4d / 4 rounds of golf
single occupancy US$ 850 - US$ 250 last place prize money = US$ 600
twin sharing with a Pro or accompanying Amateur golfer US$ 750 per golfer - US$ 250 = US$ 500 each
twin sharing with spouse / non-golfing companion US$ 950 - US$ 250 = US$ 700
- packages includes daily return transportation between hotel & golf club
NON members (with the exception members of the Vietnam PGA and participants who qualify for Vietnam Country Exemption status - add US$ 150 to the cost of AST members play & stay package
Present and past members of any recognised PGA or Tour are NOT required to under go the AST's qualifying school and are automatically entitled to join the AST provided they are at least 50 years old
Amateur Golfers accompanying an AST Professional
- add US$ 200 to selected package with US$ 130 commission going to the Pro
AST Pro Qualifier / Q School (single Occupancy) add US$ 250
- US$ 150 commission to Pro if amateur Q School candidate is introduced / registered by a Pro
Vietnam Nationals / Vietnam PGA members / Residents who qualify for Country Exemption status and who are also NOT AST Members pay
US$ 650 per golfer - US$ 250 last place prize money = US$ 400 each
Vietnam Country Exemptions - there in NO Limit to numbers - please note -
- priority given to AST members, successful ASM @ Vietnam Qualifying School candidates and senior professionals who have played in previous ASM events
- country exemption package excludes hotel accommodation & transportation
- country exemption package includes all meals as per ASM schedule

- last place guaranteed prize money US$ 250 to be deducted from your entry fee at registration

11th to 24th place US$ 250 last place prize money
Additional participants will be accepted - no limit to sized of field
- 25th placing professional on wards will still be entitled to the US$ 250 last place prize money
- the last place prize money will be deducted from your entry fee at registration

- ASM @ Vietnam 2016 - Final Day - morning T Off

Wed 28 Sept
- AST staff & accompanying professionals transfer to Malaysia (Johor)
- transfer package will be made available in due course
AST members all inclusive ASM @ Vietnam (HCM) 2016 play & stay package entry fees include
- US$ 150 tournament entry fee
- 3 nights hotel accommodation including breakfast
- HOTEL - check in on Sat 24 Sept afternoon and check out on Tue 27 Sept - late afternoon 2pm
- 3 lunches at the golf club each day on Sun 25, Mon 26 & Tue 27 Sept
- 2 dinners on Sat 24 & Sun 25 Sept
- 1 goodie bag & 1 T Shirt
- 4 rounds of golf including on course refreshments, individual caddy & buggy twin sharing

ASM @ Vietnam 2016 Sat 24th to Tue 27th September - Amateur packages
- the accompanying amateur package offers the same benefits as that provided for AST members
- amateur golfers are NOT entitled to win prize money
AMATEUR - single occupancy costs US$ 1,050
AMATEUR - twin sharing with another golfer costs US$ 950 per golfer
AMATEUR - twin sharing with spouse / non-golfing companion costs - US$ 1,050
AMATEUR GOLFERS
- amateur golfers can be of any gender and age
- amateur golfers are NOT entitled to win prize money
- top 9 best gross scoring amateurs from each Pro-Am secure places in the Amateur Finals on Mon 26 Sept
- golf includes individual caddy, twin sharing buggy, on course drinks & lunch
